" Location, Location, Location. Fancy on a Sunday afternoon taking a nice short stroll to one of the many local pubs for your roast dinner and a glass of vino? Then this is the flat for you.Situated in Queens Park Road itself and of course, just a stones throw away from the beautiful Queens Park, where our sellers tenants often enjoy sitting reading a book and feeding the ducks, means it could be the ideal first time purchase, holiday home or maybe even a home for someone. The building itself is an attractive, well maintained Victorian converted flat and the one in question is found on the lower ground floor, making it very quiet at all times. The rear garden is bigger than most and offers access via French doors from the lounge and whilst walking out into the garden you could take a glance at the stunning cast iron fireplace.Tim has decided not to purchase on just yet, so invites anyone wanting a speedy sale or just chain free, to come and have a look.

What the Owner says:

We needed to buy something that was versatile and central as at first we were unsure if we would live there or rent it out, so size, space and location were all important factors to bear in mind. When we walked into Queens Park Road, for us it had the wow factor, and it was things such as the stunning cast iron fireplaces in both the lounge and bedroom and also the lounge was so cosy overlooking the rear garden, which we found was bigger than so many others that we saw during our search. We have done various improvements in the past six years, including replacing the boiler, replastering all the walls and installing new flooring throughout.
