" Set on a quiet lane in the highly desirable village of Slindon, this well proportioned house sits in a good size 0.21 acre plot with a south facing garden.
This tastefully decorated spacious house has four excellent sized bedrooms suitable for a family of all ages. The large conservatory at the rear of the property lends itself well to entertaining and looks onto a large well established, well maintained, secluded garden. Bridle Lane falls within the South Downs National Park and easy access is gained to a number of fine walks.
The ground floor includes a large L-shaped reception room with a log burner, a kitchen, a family room and a modern conservatory which stretches across the rear of the house. In addition there is a welcoming entrance hall and a WC. A solid oak floor runs throughout most of the ground floor. Slindon is one of the most desirable villages in the South Downs National Park, with many of the original houses owned by the National Trust.
