" An opportunity to purchase this two bedroom maisonette apartment with a private garden located in one of Worthing's most desired locations. This apartment makes up the top half of this Victorian detached building having a private entrance to a small hallway on the ground floor with stairs to the landing. The living room has a southerly aspect to the front of the property via the bay window. The kitchen/breakfast room is open plan to the landing and fitted with modern base and wall units with space for various appliances.
