" Location wise this home is perfectly sited, not only are you a short stroll from the cliff top promenade but also close by are the towns various amenities and bus routes to Brighton and beyond. Overlooking the front is a comprehensively fitted kitchen, here you will find numerous matching cupboards, drawers and work surfaces. Although a little dated it is in perfect order.
