" Here we go again!Last month we had over thirty viewings on a bungalow in this road in just one week. That one needed some improvements, this one is the other end of the line. It has been re-furbished to a fantastic standard and you could move straight into it. Just pop in your furniture and sit back and relax.The bungalow has a modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and a modern bathroom. There are two double bedrooms which give you lots of space and the lounge/diner opens onto the rear garden via double glazed sliding doors.The rear garden faces West so it is a fantastic place to catch the sun in the afternoons. There is a small patio area with the rest of the garden laid to lawn with mature flowers and shrubs. It is secluded and a very safe place if you have children. They can play to their hearts content. The front has been split into a shingle bed with mature shrubs and then a block paved driveway leads to the garage. So plenty of parking to the front and sun to the rear.This bungalow is in a very central area in Peacehaven with the Meridian Shopping Centre close by for your shopping and buses at the bottom of the road going to Brighton City and Eastbourne. Staying local, the cliff top promenade is a couple of minutes walk and from there you can walk to the under cliff and beach.

We have lived here for the last fourteen years. Whilst we have been here we have improved our home with a new kitchen and bathroom and last year we installed a new boiler and had the loft insulated to the new requirements.We enjoy the fact we can soon be in Brighton City shopping or just relaxing with a glass of wine at one of the local bars. One thing we will really miss is the great neighbours and friends we have made living here. It will be a shame to leave but we now feel we want to be closer to our family.
