" If you are looking for a house with lots of flexibility then this could be the one for you.
With 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 reception rooms downstairs it could suit a large family who needs that extra bedroom space. On the other hand for those smaller families the extra entertaining space would be perfect for dinner parties.
With a modern kitchen and separate cloakroom on the ground floor and the large family bathroom upstairs it really does suite everyone.
Being in Rowe Avenue it is only a short walk to the main South Coast Road from where the buses run every few minutes in and out of central Brighton. Another bonus is how close it is to the doctors surgery, if needed and the meridian shopping centre for all those daily essentials we need to buy.
The current owners will not be buying another property so there is no onward chain.
Finally the rear garden is mainly lawn and catches the sun for most of the afternoon. It's the perfect environment to sit back and relax. To the front you have a smaller lawn area and the driveway for parking leading to the garage.

Being so central its easy access for the buses and shops.With 2 dogs we love the fact we can be on the cliff top within a few minutes or down to the beach where we often enjoy strolling down to the waters edge.Unfortunately our circumstances have now changed and sadly we need to move on.
