" I was blown away by this flat when I first saw it, I think it's one of the best purpose built flats I've seen. Part of the wow factor is the amazing garden, which is south-facing, beautifully landscaped, there are abundantly stocked flower borders, mature trees, a summer house, which could easily double up as a studio or workshop and there is a pergola, which apparently has a lovely romantic feel when it's lit by candlelight of an evening - perfect with glass of wine or beer at the end of the day! The flat has two good sized double bedrooms, a living room that is big enough to use as a living/dining area and good sized kitchen.
Overall I think there is a lot of extra internal space and good dimensions throughout. The living room and kitchen both have a southerly aspect and overlook the garden, other gardens and trees. The flat is also ideally located near Preston Park Station and accessible to the A23/A27 via London Road, making it a plus for commuters too. Early viewing is strongly advised.

What the Owner says:

My partner and I have loved living in our flat for about eight years watching our family grow and this is the only reason we are looking to move. The location was perfect for us as we were in the Dorothy Stringer catchment area for our daughter but also convenient for Preston Park Station. One of the main things that attracted us to the flat was the garden, which has open views of trees to the rear, we've also put our 'heart and soul' into landscaping it (which helped having a side access). Being purpose built, the flat is solidly built, there is good sound proofing and there is an excellent level of maintenance. I also found it an advantage having a share of the freehold.
