Located towards the Five Ways end of Preston Park, this substantial family home has lots of rooms making the accommodation versatile and equally suitable for professional sharers, either as three bedrooms with three reception rooms or as five bedrooms with one reception room.  Known for excellent local schooling and good family living with lots of open spaces, local shops are within easy reach on Ditchling Road and Blakers Park is just on the other side of the street.

The house is set back from the road, approached by a path running from the garage, which provides off street parking. The entrance hall has ornate cornicing and leads though to the main hallway, via a draft door, and has a large under stairs storage cupboard. The ground floor consists of three reception rooms, all with newly fitted carpet and fresh paint, a newly fitted kitchen and access to the rear garden.
