" This bright and spacious home is the quintessential city pad, ideal for commuters due to its proximity to Brighton station, and ideal for the bustling North Laine area, with its range of independent bars, restaurants and shops.

Spread over three floors with large, double glazed windows throughout and balconies on each floor, filling the space with natural daylight, the layout is adaptable to suit most configurations.
