" This well presented charming period 3 bedroom town house is located in the heart of the City Centre with an abundance of local amenities, Brighton Mainline Station and the seafront all within walking distance. The newly decorated lounge is light and spacious and open plan to the dining area which looks out to the rear courtyard garden. Next to this is the galley kitchen with white units complemented by black granite style work surfaces, gas cooker, fridge, freezer & washing machine and a door leading to the garden. On the first floor is a very generous sized bathroom with a white panelled bath with wall shower attachment, wash hand basin, loo & plenty of shelves & a fitted cupboard for additional storage. The master bedroom is a very large double room with fitted wardrobes, cupboards & mirrored dressing table in a retro 1960 design. On the second floor are two large light and airy bedrooms, one with a fitted wardrobe. The larger bedroom would be ideal for guests and the smaller of the two would make an excellent home office. To the rear is a charming flint walled/brick paved, easy to maintain, sunny courtyard garden which is ideal for entertaining in the summer and for storing bikes etc. Traditionally this house has only been let to a professional couple and the landlord has asked us to keep to this criteria and to adjust the monthly rental price to make this an affordable proposition for suitable tenants. Viewing is a must as photos cannot adequately illustrate the charm of this lovely property. "
