Brighton's trendy Seven Dials lies adjacent, as well as Western Road where you will find a range of High Street shops, supermarkets and many fine bars and restaurants.For commuting, Brighton train station is also close by and has a regular service to London Victoria.The apartment itself has a bright and airy feel and a pleasant leafy outlook over the grounds. The dining lounge is ideal for gathering the family, both bedrooms are of a double size and there is the added bonus of a separate cloakroom and bathroom.Other features include double glazing, central heating and a security entry system.Viewing is considered essential to appreciate what this property has to offer.

Our apartment has been home to us for the last seven years and has been a fantastic place to life.
Due to an expanding family we have to up size but will leave with a heavy heart.
Park Royal is a well run development, there is a residents committee which meet regularly and there is a real community feel.
Our favourite aspects of living here are the fact that everything including the beach is literally on our doorstep, and that it's a quiet and peaceful location being set back from Montpelier Road. The communal gardens are great for entertaining alfresco style. We hope the new owner will be just as happy here as we have been.
