" Close to Brighton seafront, with the shops and bustle of Western Road at the top of the street, this typical Brighton townhouse is a gem. Newly refurbished throughout with five bedrooms, this is a very cool city pad, ideal for those wanting a slice of Brighton life with everything on the doorstep.

At entrance level is a bedroom and living room at the rear with a wide section of glazed ceiling, flooding the room with light with bamboo oak flooring. Down a pretty, oak stairway is the kitchen-breakfast room, again with ingeniously positioned glazed ceiling section in addition to traditional windows which makes the most of the daylight. High gloss kitchen units and the lovely wooden oak flooring which runs throughout much of the property, give this lower ground floor space a contemporary feel with Spanish porcelain white gloss tiled kitchen showing off the contemporary styling to the property. There's also a useful central island which serves as a breakfast bar and works brilliantly to make the kitchen a social, fun yet functional multi-use space.

On the first floor there is a large landing cupboard between the two bedrooms at the front and rear, and the main bathroom which has been decorated in neutral tones with contemporary styling. Up on the top floor (second) there are a further two bedrooms of similar dimensions at the front and rear with a further good size newly decorated bathroom. The is further loft space for useful storage.

This property has been renovated throughout with oak doors and flooring and is ready to move into. It would suit anyone wishing to live close to amenities with access to the seafront and all the benefits that this encompasses. Plus it has real charm and that Brighton x-factor, in a super location so is well worth a look. The property also benefits from cleverly fitted water efficient under floor heating with controls in most of the rooms. "
