**NO UPWARD CHAIN** This could be a lovely first home. 2 double bedrooms (large master), kitchen/diner and a good size rear garden. It does however need updating, but it is ideally placed for the shops at Bromley Cross, the train station, and great schools!

Entrance Hallway - 3'11" (1.19m) x 2'10" (0.86m)
White glazed composite door welcomes you into the property. There is a door into the lounge and stairs to the upper floor. It is carpeted and has a radiator.

Rear Garden
Good size rear garden that is fully enclosed with timber fencing. It has paved patio areas and a few steps up onto the lawn. The brick outhouse is nearest the house, and a timber gate gives you access to the walk through that runs between the houses.

From our office and with Morrisons on your left, go straight through the lights at The Crofters pub. At the next set of traffic lights turn sharp right onto Turton Road. After passing the shops in Bromley Cross (the Co-Op) turn right onto Windsor Road, then left onto Stonesteads Way. The property will be on your right.
