" This quirky property has been home to the current owner for approximately 15 years. First attracted by the quiet cul-de-sac location and the closeness of local amenities, pubs and restaurants, the current owner has enjoyed discovering easily accessible walks through to Rivington Country Park and regularly cycles the country lanes and more adventurous cycle paths in the area.

Of note, the rear garden area to this property is the largest in the terrace row and provides an abundance of possibilities for the green fingered amongst us. The River Douglas dwindles to a stream and meanders through the edge of the rear garden boundary.
