" This two bedroom semi detached property is immaculately presented throughout and available with NO UPWARD CHAIN. The property was built in the 1930's and has been exceptionally well maintained by the current vendor for the last 17 years. It was extended to the rear in the early 90's providing a larger kitchen/dining room to the rear. In addition there is planning permission to convert the utility (originally the garage) into a habitable room. Planning application number FP/13/63985/BE available on BMBC website. There is driveway parking to the front of the property and an attractive rear garden with patio area leading to a workshop, storage shed and ornamental pond.
