Great opportunity to purchase this beautifully presented cottage located in the Eagley Bank area of Bolton, being sold with no upward chain. The area is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently placed for transport links to Bolton Town Centre and close to excellent amenities including shopping, schools and leisure facilities.
