" This is a rare opportunity to acquire a large, imposing semi-detached property in the Sharples area of Bolton. "AYSGARTH" was built in 1911 and retains many of its original Art Nouveau features including stained glass, brass finger plates on the doors, high skirting boards, original cornicing to all ceilings, solid wooden doors plus many other interesting facets.
