" An extremely well proportioned four double bedroom, extended, detached family home. Originally the show house whilst being one of only four houses in a private close.

The ground floor comprises of a bright and airy entrance hallway with solid oak flooring, dual aspect living room with French doors leading to the garden. The separate dining room opens out to a sun lounge which has further French doors leading to the garden.
