The property is situated less than a quarter of a mile from the local shops at Southbourne Grove in a quiet road in a good school catchment area. The train station at Pokesdown with its commuter links to London in one direction and Weymouth in the other. Bournemouth town centre with its shopping, entertainment, recreational and leisure facilities is approximately 3 miles away. This semi detached family is in extremely good condition and has many character features. There is off road parking to the front, and steps lead up to the Entrance Porch which in turn leads to the Hallway. There is a good sized Lounge with front aspect bay window and a fireplace which has room for a log burner. The Family Room has doors leading to the Sun Room which in turn leads to the rear garden. The Breakfast Room has a fireplace, side aspect window and step down leads to the Kitchen.
