There is a shed with another storage area bedside it, and a pond in the bottom left-hand corner. The garden enjoys a lovely sunny and private aspect. There is a sliding door into the utility room which has a covered walkway from the kitchen; there is space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, a work surface and further sink, storage cupboards, power and light and space for an American fridge freezer if required. This is part of the previous garage, and the remainder is now currently used as a large workshop but could be converted to a games rooms/ home office if required as there is power and light.
