" A spacious bright and airy two double bedroom detached bungalow, well positioned on this well established residential road approximately ΒΌ of a mile from Barton on Sea clifftop. The property benefits from a particularly private rear garden, a large driveway, integral garage and is bright and airy throughout.




The property is a spacious bungalow built in the 1970s to traditional standards with cavity walls under a pitched tiled roof. The entrance hall with newly laid carper leads off to all rooms with a loft hatch to roof space. The lounge is a large room with a large picture window with attractive outlook over the front elevation with an open fire. The dining room is also to the front of the property with the same outlook and a useful door through to the kitchen. The kitchen is a large space with excellent storage and there is a large range of wall and base units with a contrasting worktop, window to the side elevation and space for all appliances. There is wood effect vinyl flooring and a door through to the side with access to both front and rear gardens. There are two double bedrooms, both to the rear of the property and both having built in storage and double aspects making them particularly bright. There is a separate WC with a window to the rear and a wash basin. The main bathroom has a matching suite, a window to the rear, a heated towel rail, vinyl flooring and a wall hung mirror. The front garden is open which is in keeping with the road, with some attractive and mature borders. There is a pathway down both sides of the bungalow leading to the rear garden. The rear garden is particularly private with some attractive shrubs and mature hedgerows, yet not over looked from any angle. It is mostly laid to lawn with an area of patio and pathway.   "
