" A modern three bedroom end of terrace house, situated in a small cul-de-sac on this popular development within easy reach of the local schools and town centre. Particular features of this property include a modern kitchen and bathroom, a garage and further allocated car parking, bright and airy accommodation and a south facing garden backing on to an open green.



The property has a small entrance porch with a useful utility cupboard currently housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.
