" A modern, four bedroom architect designed country style property set in 1.5 acres of paddock and mature formal grounds. Accessed via a private no through road the property is located in a rural setting with direct forest access along a small track. This is an attractive family residence built in 1993 for the current owners with versatile accommodation and extensive outbuildings. For serious equestrian enthusiasts an additional two acres of paddock further along the lane can be available via separate negotiation.

 

The accommodation is approached from the lane by a broad wooden gate with brick pillars and curved wall. The long paved driveway is flanked on either side by lawn and paddock interspersed with trees and bounded by post and rail fencing leading to a large circular turning area.

 

Adjacent to the property is a large double garage with shower room and workshop to the rear with a useful hobbies room/offices above. Opposite is a brick built stable complex including two stables, a tack room and large rear storage. By the stables is a concrete hard-standing to enable additional parking for a lorry or trailer.
