An impressive detached residence nestled within private south-facing gardens, located on the edge of the New Forest, close to New Milton town centre, the main railway station, and Barton on Sea cliff top. The property offers extensive accommodation totalling 2,854 sq. ft, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, generous living spaces, ample off-road parking, and an integral double garage.



The property is situated approximately one mile away from open forest and just two miles from the coast which offers cliff top walks, beaches, and spectacular views over the Solent and the Isle of Wight. Local amenities at New Milton are within half a mile with schools for all age groups including the renowned Ballard School nearby.
