" An imposing and characterful five double bedroom, four reception detached family residence, built in the 1930s to traditional standards and having been superbly maintained by the present vendor. Particular features include ground floor annexe potential, large room sizes, an impressive reception hall, a detached double garage, well landscaped gardens of just under ΒΌ of an acre, a large utility room and an internal viewing is strongly recommended to full appreciate the size of the accommodation on offer.



The property has an impressive reception hall with a small pane glazed door leading to the double aspect sitting room which has a handsome timber fire surround with a stone backing and hearth and an inset wood burning stove and there are twin UPVC double glazed casement doors onto the garden.
