Whether it be sailing at nearby Lymington (12 miles) or golf at one of the many courses in the area including Brockenhurst with its mainline railway station (8 miles, Waterloo 90 minutes.) The larger shopping towns of Southampton (20 miles) to the east and Bournemouth (16 miles) to the west, both with their airports are easily accessible.

Covered entrance porch leads to the entrance hall which in turn opens into a utility area with a range of built-in units, space for domestic appliances, a storage cupboard and a Butler style sink. The entrance hall has a turning staircase to the first floor, large understairs storage cupboard, boiler cupboard and provides access to all principal rooms. At the far end of the hallway, is the sitting room which has a central brick built fireplace with timber mantle housing a log burning stove and windows overlooking the side and rear gardens. A further door leads through to the orangery style rear lobby with a window to the side, double doors lead to the rear informal garden and French style doors lead through to the timber conservatory with double doors leading out to the rear terrace.

On the first floor there is a beautifully proportioned master suite incorporating a bedroom with a window to the side aspect and ample eaves storage space and a door leading through to the en suite bathroom, with free standing bath, W.C with concealed cistern and basin mounted in vanity unit, Velux window and a window to the side.

The property is approached via a shared cattle grid and pedestrian gate leading to a shared gravel driveway and in turn to the private parking and garage area.
