A detached three bedroom, modern, cottage style property situated in a sought after location within the village of Burley and only a short walk away from the open forest. This property benefits from enclosed front and rear gardens and a detached garage. EPC:D.



The Beagles benefits from a picturesque setting on Burley Street‘s village green with some of the New Forest‘s loveliest heathland views a short walk away. It is also close to the amenities of Burley, a honeypot New Forest village, and yet it is only a couple of minutes‘ drive to Picket Post on the A31. The New Forest, ideally situated to make full use of all the wonderful facilities the Forest has to offer. Whether it be sailing at nearby Lymington (12 miles) or golf at one of the many courses in the area including nearby Burley and Brockenhurst with its mainline railway station (8 miles, Waterloo 90 minutes) The market town of Ringwood is but a short drive away (5 miles). The larger shopping towns of Southampton (20 miles) to the east and Bournemouth (16 miles) to the west, both with their airports, are easily accessible.



This property was built in the early 2000‘s and offers cosy, country living within the New Forest.

Upon entering the property, immediately to the right is the sitting room. At its centre is a brick-built fireplace, which gives this room a cosy feel. Further to this on the first floor there are another two bedrooms, one double and one single and a family bathroom.



Accessed by a five-bar gate to the rear of the property is a shingled driveway providing parking for two or three cars.

The rear garden also comprises a lawned area, raised flower beds and a paved terrace area, an ideal place to dine alfresco on summer evenings. The rear garden also houses a detached garage. The garage has power and light and can be access from the front or the side, in turn offering the perfect place for storage or possibly a home office.

The garden at the front of the property can be accessed by a pedestrian gate with a pathway leading to the front door adjacent to which are areas of lawn, all enclosed by mature hedgerow. Access can be gained to the rear garden along both sides of the house.
