DESCRIPTION AND CONSTRUCTION:

This well positioned two double bedroom detached bungalow was constructed in the late 1970's by Brosely Homes, to traditional standards with colour washed cement rendered elevations, under a tiled roof. The A31 dual-carriageway provides transport links to the main centres of Bournemouth 12 miles, Southampton 16 miles and Salisbury 18 miles via the A338 18 miles. From the main Ringwood roundabout adjacent to the town centre car parks leave in an easterly direction along the old Southampton Road passing Carvers Recreation Field and proceed over the dual-carriageway flyover. Continue along the Southampton Road for approximately half a mile taking, the immediate turning left having past the zebra crossing into Seymour Road and proceed to the far end of Seymour Road. At the cross roads with Northfield Road, proceed directly over into North Poulner Road, follow this road around to the right hand side and continue for a further quarter of a mile taking the second turning right into Kingfisher Way. On entering Kingfisher Way, continue to the T-junction bearing right and continue along and taking the third turning right whereupon the bungalow will be located directly in front of you, upon entering the cul-de-sac.
