" A spacious and well presented five double bedroom detached chalet bungalow situated in one of the premier roads in Ashley Heath. A covered entrance porch affords access to the main entrance hallway with doors to the ground floor accommodation. The lounge dining room is a large triple aspect L-shaped room with windows to the front and side aspects and separate double doors out to the rear garden. There is a feature fireplace with ornamental surround and inset multi fuel log burner. Doors from the dining end of this room give access to the adjoining conservatory which overlooks the secluded mature rear gardens. The kitchen is a good sized room with a range of wall mounted and base units in a neutral colour with contrasting work surfaces over.
