" Ashley Heath is an attractive village located between Ringwood and Ferndown. The area is bordered by the Country Parks of Avon Heath and Moors Valley with the latter providing fishing, golf and cycle paths which join up with the Castleman Trailway. The area offers local amenities with a medical centre, newsagents, chemist and hairdresser to name but a few.

The bungalow itself is modern with well proportioned rooms and situated in a quiet road. The hallway has plenty of storage with a double airing cupboard and double storage closet. The living room is of generous proportions with an attractive fireplace with living flame fire (chimney breast in situ which offers potential for open fire or log burner if required).
