Directional Note: From the centre of Highcliffe, proceed east along the Lymington Road and continue through the traffic lights. Regent House can be found after a short way on the right hand side.

Regent House is a Pennyfarthing built block of apartments, located within walking distance of the town centre.  The cliff top is also just a short walk away, offering picturesque views from the Isle of Wight and the Solent in the east across Christchurch Bay and Hengistbury Head in the west.  Highcliffe is on the edge of the New Forest National Park with its beautiful walks and many country pubs. 

Bus routes are also close at hand giving easy access to New Milton and Christchurch. Hinton Admiral train station is also not far away which gives access to central London in under two hours, as well as many other destinations. 

A well maintained communal entrance hall with security entryphone and stairs/lift provide access to the first and second floors.  Flat 6 is located on the first floor.  

The front door to Flat 6 takes you into the particularly spacious entrance hall. One of the many features of this well proportioned apartment is the amount of storage - the entrance hall alone has 2 cloaks cupboards and a large airing cupboard.

The en-suite has a full bathroom suite comprising a panelled bath with mixer tap & shower attachment, shower cubicle with wall mounted shower head and controls, pedestal wash hand basin set into vanity unit, low level WC, fully tiled walls and floor, coved ceiling, extractor fan, heated towel rail.

The second double bedroom also faces west and the third bedroom is also a good sized double bedroom.

The bathroom has been altered to suit the current owners and is now a wet room with a shower area, WC and wash basin in vanity unit.  The walls are fully tiled with a coved ceiling and there is a heated towel rail. This room could easily be re-instated back to a bathroom, if preferred. 

Outside, the communal grounds are beautifully maintained with visitors parking at the front and a garage in a block.
