Directional Note:- From the centre of Highcliffe, continue westward along Lymington Road, turning left immediately after the recreation ground into Wharncliffe Road. Turn first right into Beacon Drive where the property will be found on the right hand side.

A detached chalet style house, situated in a very desirable location on the south side of Highcliffe, just a short walk from the cliff top and within easy walking distance of the centre of Highcliffe.  The property offers versatile and flexible accommodation, with an open plan ground floor sitting/dining room/kitchen and there is a ground floor fifth bedroom or study.  The house also benefits from gas central heating and full UPVC double glazing. n the east across Christchurch Bay and Hengistbury Head in the west. Highcliffe is on the edge of the New Forest National Park with its beautiful walks and many country pubs. Bus routes are also close at hand giving easy access to New Milton and Christchurch. Hinton Admiral train station is also not far away, which gives access to central London in under two hours, as well as many other destinations. This property also falls within the sought after Highcliffe school catchment area.

Entrance porch via UPVC double glazed door and further door to the entrance hall.  The hall has been recently decorated and has a solid oak flooring with stairs to the first floor and doors leading to the accommodation. Understairs storage cupboard and cloaks cupboard.

The sitting/dining room and kitchen are open plan, and can be accessed from two doors in the hallway.  In the sitting room, there are two large south facing windows, making the room lovely and bright.

Double doors lead to the en-suite shower room which is fitted with a white suite comprising shower cubicle with fixed shower head and removable shower attachment (this has been fitted recently with a pump to increase the water pressure).  Low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and the walls are partly tiled.

Of the three remaining first floor bedrooms, two are at the rear and one is on the side.  This particular room benefits from fitted overhead storage and wardrobes.

The bathroom is fitted with a 4-piece white suite comprising shower cubicle (with pump to increase water pressure), panelled bath, wash basin and WC. The walls and floor are fully tiled and there is a large obscured window.   

Outside, the front garden is laid mostly to shingle providing off road parking for several vehicles.  Small area of lawn. Wooden gates providing access on both sides to the rear. There is a detached garage of concrete and brick build with a concrete base, up and over door and further door at the rear leading onto the garden.  
The rear garden is of a generous size, with an area of shingle adjoining the rear of the house.  The remainder is laid to lawn with a further area of shingle at the rear.  The garden is bound by hedgerow and fencing.
