" A pretty two bedroom detached bungalow in a quiet position in this most appealing residential cul de sac within a short walk of local amenities. Garage.

The historic town of Christchurch is situated on the shores of its own spectacular natural harbour at the confluence of the rivers Stour and Avon. Close to the magnificent Dorset World Heritage Coast and the tranquil New Forest National Park, Christchurch is only a short drive from Bournemouth and Poole. The area is steeped in history. Founded in the 7th century, the town was originally named Twynham but became known as Christchurch following the construction of the priory in 1094. The town centre has an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants with market day on a Monday. The Property An attractive two bedroom detached bungalow which has been the subject of many improvements including a well appointed kitchen with granite worktops and a new white bathroom suite. There is a new gas fired central heating boiler installed in c.2007 and the property has the benefit of replacement double glazing.
