" A generous size four bedroom, two reception room detached chalet bungalow in need of modernisation, with a 65ft private rear garden, tandem garage, ample off-road parking and offered with immediate vacant possession. The well planned accommodation is accessed via a good size entrance hall where there is a coat cupboard and an airing cupboard, with doors leading off to the versatile ground floor accommodation. The lounge has a double glazed bay window overlooking the front garden and a stone feature fireplace with TV recess and log effect electric fire. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a double glazed door leading out to the side driveway. There is an integrated double oven, hob and extractor with a floor standing boiler and recess for all other appliances. There is a ground floor bathroom and separate cloakroom. Bedroom one overlooks the front garden and has a low level wc with wash hand basin located in the corner of the room. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a fitted wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrored sliding doors and a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. The sitting room/dining room has double glazed French doors leading out into the garden and a stair case rising to the first floor accommodation. On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms which both have the use of a cloakroom. The rear garden measures approximately 65ft x 50ft and offers a good degree of privacy.
