'NEWTOWN'

The original cottage dates back to 1790's and has been in the same family for four generations and never been sold before.

It is set in secluded & peaceful grounds of just over 1/2 acre. Surrounded by open fields and there is an abundance of wildlife throughout the year. It really is a wonderful location. The lawns of the garden meander throughout and lead to a wild nature garden, there's a good sized, enclosed, vegetable garden and an abundance of shrubs, flowers, trees and bushes throughout. A wooden summer house is set within to enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

The cottage has three bedrooms, two reception rooms a kitchen and a ground floor bathroom. Attached to the cottage is a small annexe (built in 1966) with it's own front door and a toilet, small kitchen and a living room. Outside are a number of store sheds and a carport and driveway. It's on mains gas, mains drainage, mains water and electric. It is not a listed building.

The property itself requires modernisation and we believe could be substantially re-developed. The grounds are set within green belt therefore it can only be a single dwelling re-development.
