The Property
Located on the eastern walls of Wareham town centre is this spacious 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage, requiring some modernisation throughout. The kitchen overlooks the attractive rear garden and has a Velux window allowing for additional light. Off the dining room another archway leads to the utility room, with space and plumbing for washing machine, a worktop and eye level wall mounted storage cupboard. A further door leads to the shower room, having been recently installed, the shower room has a cupboard enclosed wash hand basin, low flush WC and a shower area with wall mounted riser enclosed by a shower curtain. From the utility, access can be gained to the side of the property which in leads to the rear garden. To the first floor are 2 good size double bedrooms and from the landing access can be gained to loft via hatch.

Outside, the front of the property is raised with concrete steps leading up to the front door and a raised planted flowerbed. The rear garden is of a good size with a small patio area stretching across the rear of the property and steps leading up to a slightly raised area.
