This is a large 7 double bedroom terrace house about 30 yards from the Bournemouth Triangle. It has 7 double bedrooms on 4 floors. It conforms to HMO standards. Each room has a double double bed. There is also a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk & a chair in each room.The lounge/diner has a three piece suite, a coffee table, dining room table and chairs. Also included is a flat screen 42" 3D TV with Virgin Cable TV and 30mb wireless broadband included in the price. There is a fitted kitchen which includes ample cupboards & fitted worktops, gas hob and electric oven, gas combi boiler, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are shower rooms on the lower ground, ground and second floors. There are toilets on the lower ground floor, ground and first floors.

As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing, tenancy agreement administration and an inventory check, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit that will be payable before the tenancy starts.
