" This cottage is the end one of a small terrace situated outside of Langton Matravers approximately three quarters of a mile from the village centre. It is thought to have been built in 1803 although having had a substantial extension added in more recent times. The building is of stone construction, the original having a stone tiled roof, the extension with Bradstone tiles. The property has been used for holiday letting in recent years yielding a good income. It adjoins open country and has several features including
