" This most attractive terraced house has been extensively refurbished throughout in recent years and is part of a small modern development, pleasantly located adjacent to open country and within easy reach of the beach and about 500 metres from the Village Green. It is thought to have been constructed during the 1990s and is of traditional cavity brick construction under a tiled roof.

The cottage is part owned by RHT Developments Ltd (formerly The English Village Housing Association) who wish to retain a 32% share in the property. There is a stipulation in the Agreement with RHT Developments that the house cannot be used as a second home or on a buy to rent basis. The property is held on a new 99 year Shared Ownership lease with a monthly payment of £223 due to the Rural Housing Trust.
