" An attractive and well presented 1920's three bedroom detached character family home. The property has been extensively modernised throughout over the past four years, whilst retaining many of the original features. The property is set back on a generous plot with a large front driveway providing parking for several vehicles.

The Area
The property is located close to Lilliput Village with its variety of shops and restaurants and the sought after Lilliput and Baden Powell School Catchments. Located approximately quarter of a mile from the award winning beaches at Sandbanks and home to Salterns Marina located within Poole Harbour, regarded as the second largest natural harbour in the world. Sandbanks is internationally renowned for its water sport acidifies and numerous yacht clubs together with an 18 hole Championship Golf Course also within close proximity to the property

Bournemouth and Poole Town centres are within a short drive of the property offering a more diverse range of high street shops, recreational and entertainment facilities.

Transport communications are excellent as the main line railway station at Poole provides services to Southampton and London, being approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. The start of the Wessex Way, (A338) is located approximately 2 miles away and offers access to the M27 motorway with London 1 hour 30 minutes commute.
