" 142 Evering Avenue is a lovely 3-bedroom detached house, over 2 tiers and 3 floors, situated in a quiet location with a south-facing garden backing on to a nature reserve.

The ground floor sits on two levels. On the lower level towards the rear of the property is the bright and spacious lounge with feature fireplace on exposed stone walls. Double doors open onto the airy conservatory that overlooks the rear garden and nature reserve beyond. On the upper level is a cosy dining room, also with window overlooking the rear.
