" This three bedroom, semi-detached house is conveniently located along a cul-de-sac in Bearwood. Close to local transport links and amenities, the property is presented in good order and would benefit from some updating. Offering a sitting room/diner with doors opening to the rear garden, fitted kitchen, ground floor cloakroom and separate wet room, the property also benefits from a garage and parking, accessed from side driveway. The property has great potential and is fitted with double glazed windows, UPVC front door and recently fitted boiler. The property overlooks open fields to the rear and is offered to the market with NO FORWARD CHAIN.

The property has an open plan, low maintenance frontage with some feature planting and path leading to the front door which is sheltered by a bracketed storm porch. Opening to a hallway with access to a ground floor cloakroom fitted with low level WC and wash hand basin. Stairs rising to the first floor.
