This is a great space with light streaming through the large bay window to the front. There's a gas fire sat centrally, but just stepping into this room you'll know that you have more than enough space for you and the family whether sitting down and relaxing or when entertaining.

The generous dining kitchen which especially benefits from the morning sun, not only features work units and a hob to the left and a prep area / breakfast-bar to the right as you enter, but has plenty of room for a table and chairs too.
