Location

Mandalay offers access to Bingley town centre, the area is popular for buyers and features amenities including a small market, swimming pool, local shops including a supermarket, bars and restaurants, with local schools and medical centre. The area is popular for visitors who visit the canal five rise locks and Yorkshire Moors. There are nice walks through the St Ives Estate country park, Myrtle Park and along the river and canal in Bingley. The entrance hall provides access to the ground floor accommodation and houses the stairs to the first floor. The hallway gives access to all downstairs accommodation, interior doors lead through to the lounge which has an attractive feature fireplace and coving to the ceiling.The dining room boasts feature wooden flooring, a window to the side, fire surround, radiator and a sliding door gives access to the front. The property benefits from having a utility room which has base and wall units, sink unit, plumbing for appliances and a door giving access to the rear. The property boasts a second reception room which has a window overlooking the garden. The kitchen has a range of base and wall units and boasts integral appliances.
