" Stationmasters House is an historic property in Helmshore, one of the most desirable village locations in the Rossendale Valley. The house is stone built and has considerable character. Materials and fittings throughout are to the highest standard. The setting is semi-rural with easy access to fine countryside. Stationmasters House is one mile from the A56/M66 which provides a fast link to Greater Manchester and to Blackburn. The local area benefits from a variety of good primary and secondary schools and is in the main catchment area of Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School. Part Ex Considered.

The view from the terrace through mature pine trees towards Tor Hill, a local landmark, is particularly attractive.

Within the gardens are a variety of mature trees and two good sized garden sheds both with mains power.

To the rear of the property is a further south facing flagged garden and a covered outdoor storage area.
