" This detached true bungalow is situated bordering open countryside in the sought after semi rural area of Eccleshill within easy reach of Hoddlesden Village, Darwen and Blackburn. Double-glazed windows and oil central heating are both installed. Externally there are generous size and well maintained gardens (the rear garden borders open fields). In addition there is a block-paved driveway for 4 cars and an attached garage. The property has been lovingly maintained however it is a little dated, we feel this is reflected in the realistic asking price. Position is also ideal for the commuter being within easy access of the M65 motorway network. Viewing is recommended!
