" Ainsworth Lord Estates is very pleased to be offering for sale another cracking property up Bold Venture, one of the best parts of Darwen.

Entering this large terraced proeprty through the front UPVC door, ther is a vestibule which leads into the main hallway.

To the right is the front reception room

(4.8m x 3.9m) benefitting from a spacious bay window and feature fireplace.

The rear Reception Room

(5.6m x 4m) is accessed by going through the double French Doors. As you can see form the measurements and pictures, this is a very big room and makes a super family room.

At the back of the property, to the left of the rear reception room, is the kitchen (3.3m x 2.65m). The kitchen is fitted out with ample base and wall units along each wall, offering plenty of storage. The sink is under the window and offers super views across Darwen town.
