On approach to the property you notice the garden to the front comprising of Astroturf and established shrubs, very neatly finished you walk up a few steps to a Period front door painted in Black Gloss.......

Let´s take a look inside...

On entering your into an entrance porch then you walk into the main hallway of the house, at the end of the hallway is the foot of the stairs which leads to the first floor.

On your right hand side is the Lounge (4.91m x 3.78m), what a fantastic room very light and airy, it has beautiful architraving around the coving and a lovely ceiling rose. There is a beautiful wooden fire surround with a tiled hearth and a living flame gas fire, very pleasantly decorated. and a superb large bay window in UPVC, carpet floor and retaining the original picture rails in this room which gives it real character.

Moving back into the hall on your right you enter the Second reception room

(5.30m x 3.75m), a very spacious room it has an original storage cupboards in one of the alcoves and it retains the picture rails again and there is a lovely ceiling rose, again the same architraving from its original date runs around the ceiling, there is a wooden fire surround with a marble hearth and gas fire, very nicely decorated. There is a large rear window which overlooks the rear yard.

It is a flagged rear yard with a gate at the bottom and nobody overlooks you, it´s very private.

Moving along to the kitchen (4.92m x 2.57m), in the kitchen there is access down to the cellar....It is a large fitted kitchen, very spacious and has 2 double windows, plenty of wall and base units and has a marble effect work top that runs throughout, at the bottom end of the kitchen the owners have made it the utility area then on the other side your cooking area is here. Back into the hall you then enter Bedroom 2 (5.02m x 2.80m) it´s a huge double room, they have retained a feature bedding box that was built in when the property was first built, there is nobody overlooking you, lovely views through a large window and there is a storage cupboard with shelves, in here its decorated and carpet floor.

Your into the Master bedroom
