" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates are happy to present for Sale this 3 bed Semi Detached property on Spring Vale Garden Village.......


On approach to the property you notice the driveway that could comfortably fit 2 cars,

On entering the property you enter through a UPVC front door, there is exposed wooden floor boards and there is a feature wall decorated in a modern paper.
The staircase is on your left hand side, it´s a really pleasant hallway.

From the hallway you move into the Front Lounge. (12'6" x 12")It´s a Beautiful lounge, you have a large front window which makes it very bright and again has exposed floor boards which have been treated and stained. The Feature in this room is the lovely fire place it has an ornate surround, with a black marble hearth and back drop and living flame gas fire.

This room is finished in neutral décor, and there is a set of double doors which lead you into the Dining Room

(10' x 9')

This Dining Room can easily accommodate table and chairs and additional furniture, it´s very spacious and is decorated in neutral colours.
There is UPVC patio doors which leads you out into the patio area of the garden, very private, from these double doors all you can see is greenery and trees it´s a really nice view, returning back to the hallway the final room on the ground floor is the Kitchen...

The Kitchen (11'6 x 9') has been fitted with modern units and has a speckled marble effect work top, it is partially tiled and is decorated in a neutral paint with a laminate floor, it has ample wall and base units, space for a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a window to the rear and a rear door leading you out onto the patio area.

The garden is split into 3-4 sections you´ve got a patio area, there are steps down to a further terrace area, there is a good sized shed on your left and as you travel down the garden there is a soft area to your right and at the bottom of the garden again there is another seating area, it´s a very large garden and has plenty of established trees and shrubs it is a very private location.

Moving upstairs the first room we come to is the Family Bathroom (7' x 6'6)

The Bathroom is a 3 piece suite in white with shower over the bath, completely tiled walls and floor and there is spotlights in the ceiling and has a frosted rear window, it´s a really lovely Bathroom.

Back onto the landing there is a very large window which makes it nice and bright.

The next room we enter is the Large Double Bedroom

(12" x 10")which is at the rear of the property, and this easily accommodates a large king/queen sized bed, ample space for free standing wardrobes and additional furniture, it´s a lovely room finished in a neutral decor with a carpet floor.

Moving onto the Second Bedroom

(12" x 10")which again is a double room and is to the front of the property, it has a large front window, it can accommodate large wardrobes, a large bed and additional furniture, this room is also fitted with spotlights to the ceiling, again finished in neutral colours and a fitted carpet...


Finally the 3rd Bedroom

(7' x 6') which is at the front of the property would be a single bedroom however its currently used as an office/work space. And in here there is also a storage cupboard, again neutral decor and a carpet floor.
