" Welcome to Rosehill Terrace. A stunning and spacious 3 bedroom mid-terrace with a very generous cellar in the desirable location of Turncroft Darwen. This beautiful family home is close to great local schools and nurseries with easy access to local amenities in the town centre.The road outside the property is very wide offering ample parking space. This is the sort of property we love to have on our books, and as everyone knows we only do nice properties... this is no exception and we expect interest to be very strong!

The property has a garden to the front . A flagged path leads us to the front door. The windows and doors are double glazed, there is a beautiful bay window.

Entrance porch. The hallway has neutral décor and fitted with a carept and retains the corballing and coving to the ceiling.

Front reception room
There is a feature fire surround and a living flame gas fire. The walls are decorated in a neutral. The flooring is a carpet floor. The room is very spacious accommodating many pieces of furniture and it boasts that lovely bay window an ideal spot for your 10ft Christmas tree. Moving into the rear reception room.
